ASAP Employee Benefits
It is the philosophy of ASAP Staffing, Inc. to maintain a constant pool of qualified candidates. We believe that, by offering a variety of employee benefits, we can develop and maintain a stronger relationship with our Staff Associates.
Health Care Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision:
Upon completion of ninety (90) days of full-time employment, ASAP Staffing will pay up to 50% of employee’s monthly premium.
401K Plan:
After six (6) months of employment.
Paid Holidays:
Full-time employees are eligible for company paid holidays (Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor and Thanksgiving Days) upon completion of four (4) consecutive months of full-time employment with ASAP’s Staffing Services.
Paid Vacations:
All full-time employees are entitled to one (1) week paid vacation upon completion of one (1) year of full-time, continuous service (minimum of 1900 hours per year); two (2) weeks paid vacation upon three (3) years of continuous service.
Referral Bonus:
To the Associate who referred a New Associate who has been placed with a client on an
assignment (s) for 480 hours. · Coder sign-on and referral bonus available after completion of 250 hours.
Unemployment and Liability Insurance:
Paid by ASAP Staffing.
Convenient Payroll:
Bi-monthly payroll performed at the corporate office. Pay dates are every other Thursday. Direct deposit available.
